The Director, Professional Resources & Administration is responsible for managing all aspects of the Montreal legal professionals, business services and legal support resources, and office operations in collaboration with the Montreal Managing Partner.
The Coordinator, Market Recognition (Directories & Experience) is responsible for supporting the department by preparing legal directory and award submissions, and tracking firm experience using Foundation, the firm’s experience management tool, to make updates, source missing information, and extract data.
The Business Development Writer is responsible for writing and preparing complex pitch, proposal and credentialing material in response to RFP, RFQ, RFI and other new business requests, as well as requests related to client development.
The Legal Practice Assistant is responsible for the administrative side of the principal’s practice.
The Coordinator, Payroll is responsible for administering payroll across all offices (Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, Halifax, and New York), ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and internal requirements.
The Document Specialist is responsible for providing firm-wide document production support at an advanced to expert level using Microsoft Office products, department-specific software, and other tools to complete work requests, such as revisions, comparisons, formatting, proofing, document conversions, troubleshooting, and document stabilization.
